Hallie Jackson
Hallie Jackson. Jackson is an American journalist as well as a political analyst. She is currently in charge of the primary NBC News correspondent for the White House and an anchor for a handful of news programs on NBC cable. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania and earned her bachelor's in political science at John Hopkins University. After being employed by a handful of television stations across Maryland, Delaware and Connecticut (affiliated with CBS), Jackson moved to the 'Hearst Corporation' covering from Washington DC across every one of their 26 stations. In the following year, she joined "NBC News" (in 2014) in 2014, and for the next period of time, she was employed by the 'NBC' station located in Los Angeles. The quality of her reporting on various election campaigns, including the Presidential election of 2016, has earned her the title of an avid political reporter. She has a reputation as an incredibly hardworking reporter. Her primary assignments covered the presidential election of Ted Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz as well as doing exclusive interviews with important "GOP" contenders. In 2017, "NBC" was able to appoint Jackson as their chief 'White House journalist. She is married to Douglas Hitchner and is a mother of two daughters.
